Woolworths double debit card charges

Woolworths online always have very fast delivery, but I find it appauling that the norm for payment with a debit card you get double charged as they reserve the funds when you order and as soon as delivery takes place a new payment on your account is deducted the other transaction remains uncleared for days on end and then its a struggle to get the funds released back into your own account I am still struggling from 3 November when original order took place and then the amount was deducted again on the 6 when items were delivered and its the 15th and still the first transaction isnt cleared and back in my account, and therefor I will never purchase something again online on woolworth with a bank card it is terrible customer treatment
