Woolworths don't provide delivery note & won't allow returns without it?

Bought Witchery trousers for my mother online. when I opened it, there was no delivery note or any paperwork. The trousers don't fit and now they won't let me return them. Don't buy from Woolworths online, rather go to a physical store
