WOOLWORTHS DONT COMPLY TO SA LEGISLATION

I bought underwear for my my son yesterday and when I arrived home realised that I took the wrong size. When I took it back the Store Manager refused to exchange it for a bigger size. The item was sealed and unopened. Apparently it is Woolworths’policy not to change underwear irrespective of the fact that the packaging was unopened. This is clearly part of their strategy to ***** from clients and force them to buy again once they made a mistake. This sucks and is against the SA Consumer Law. They bully clients. I will not buy from them again!
