Woolworths don’t care.

I have had the misfortune to interact with Woolworths financial services regarding an application for a credit card. Nobody bothers to follow up your application and you need to constantly contact them to keep the process moving. Even after approval the delivery of your card is a nightmare. You need to give the random courier guy a proof of residence as well as back and front copies of your ID. He then has everything he needs if he intends committing ID theft. OUTRAGEOUS!! Sent him and the card packing ??
