Woolworths Dog Food

I bought dog food at almost R60 . The label said chicken , rice and veggies . When I opened it it was soup . I sent an email to Woolworths complaints and they rep**** a few days later , copied customer services that then required batch numbers , date of purchase bla . Ive thrown everything in the bin when I opened the food so no evidence . I did sent photos of the soup though . Woolworths can really learn from @shopritecheckers Re customer service .
