Woolworths doesn't want to refund me.

I'm so unhappy with the service I got today at Woolworths kolonade. I bought an item on sale. The skirt is now damaged and they said they can not refund me because the item was on sale. I'm so ****ed. I brought the skirt for quality purposes.
