Woolworths doesn't want me to settle my account

Woolworths and MBD Credit Solutions makes it impossible for clients to settle their accounts. I wanted to know how much I must pay to settle my Woolworths In Store account. I phoned MBD Credit Solutions. They told me to phone Woolworths. I phoned Woolworths. They said I must phone MBD. I phoned MBD again. I explained that I want to settle my Wooloworths account. They asked me to hold on and then ended the call. I phoned Woolworths again. They said they couldn't help me. I must phone MBD. I can't believe it is so difficult to pay a Woolworths account.
