Woolworths doesn’t refund!

When it comes to deliveries , THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. MY BIGGEST REGRET WAS THAT I DID NOT ORDER FROM CHECKERS 60Sixty.

I placed my order from them on the 14th of April 2024. After waiting 1hour 30 minutes for my order ( because they’re very slow ), it was never delivered to me despite showing delivered status on the app. I called their customer service centre and I was told I had to be refunded and they’ll communicate via email and they never did.

They didn’t even ask for my bank details and when I had asked their agent she said I’ll receive communication via email or SMS (of which I never received ).I’ve went through the same thing in 2022 of which till DATE I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY.

WHEN YOU REQUEST A REFUND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE PROCESS BECOMES LONG AND DIFFICULT .

CREDIT CUSTOMERS THEIR MONEY ON THE APP IMMEDIATELY. CHECKERS DOES THAT AND IT WORKS. STOP MAKING CUSTOMERS CHASE YOU FOR THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
