Woolworths doesn't put customers first

My local Woolworths store (Welgemoed Forum) is a food store. We frequently shop there for groceries and have noticed that they stopped stocking the ground coffee (Truffle and Vanilla flavours in silver bags) that we buy. The only place that sells it is Woolworths Willowbridge which is 10km further away which makes a 20km round trip just to get coffee. I requested that they stock this coffee instead of the others that are clearly not selling well and taking up shelf space and was told my customer services that "it isn't catalogued for the store due to Covid". That makes no sense to me. So much for customer "service" from Woolworths.
