Woolworths doesn’t care for customers

As I understand, Woolworths doesn’t read or respond to complains on hellopeter. That’s funny because they does’nt respond to customers calling their Customer Care line either. The ladies at customer care promise that somebody will call you back, but that never happens. Therefore I’ve decided to write a comment on helopeter every week till somebody of Woolworths, – a regional manager or the customer care manager calls me.
