Woolworths does not respect the elderly

Woolies staff and security personnel are extremely rude. My family went for shopping and had 2 trolleys with us. One was a Game trolley and the other Woolworths. When my grandma reached the security point she was told she cannot proceed as she didn’t buy anything. My grandma had to remove a 13kg baby and carry him out as she was not allowed to proceed!!! Oh so the 1500+ we spent is not buying from there? And is this how we treat our elderly or someone on pension? The so called manager also agrees that no trolley will leave the store empty. So do you go around the mall taking trolleys or making people unpack as they didn’t buy from your store?
