Woolworths does not consider the disabled.

I need to express profound disappointment regarding the inadequate changing room facilities for disabled customers at your Mall of the South store. My visit today, accompanied by my 85-year-old wheelchair-bound grandmother, was met by an experience that was not only undignifying but also unacceptable for a renowned retail establishment like Woolworths.

The changing rooms in your store are to small to accommodate wheelchair users, forcing my grandmother to try on clothing with the door open, for all to see, exposing her privacy to the public. This is an affront to her dignity and an utter failure in providing basic accessibility.

To make matters worse, the response we received from a staff member when we raised our concerns was not only unhelpful but rather discourteous. It is unfathomable that a company of Woolworths' stature would tolerate such an environment and fail to instill empathy and professionalism in its staff. - Shame on you Woolworths.
