Woolworths do not use data effectively

Woolies has great food and clothing products but the Hyde park branch does not seem to monitor what clients buy and are continually short of products that I buy regularly. Also, I do not understand purpose of Woolworths card. Never seem to get discounts and I think they use it to monitor the behavior of consumers. Disappointing
