Woolworths do not keep their word! Do not order online!

What a bummer. So even Woolworths cannot get it right the first time. I made use of Woolworths online to buy clothing for the first time, trusting that they will deliver in the slot they committed to. I need two of the items for a specific occasion tomorrow morning (4 Nov). It is 4.50pm now and after 3 phone calls nobody can tell me where the parcel is or when it will be delivered. So, there goes that. I will never use the online function again, and I actually feel like not going into a Woolworth store ever again. This is the one company I thought would actually be able to keep their word. So, there you have it. Just another old shop that is unreliable. Please don't talk about commitment and integrity ever again, Woolworths. You cannot be trusted.
