Woolworths dissapointing client service

i fell in arrears with Woolworths and they handed me over to a debt company. I have settled my debt and all i have been asking Woolworths is whether my credit record will be restored. I keep on getting the same message that they have sold the account to Nimble and that they cannot assist. This is not okay as I was their client and they are too useless to give me a proper answer. I am so disgusted that a big company like Woolworths cannot give proper advice or service to their clients.
