Woolworths dismisses query on compromised halal certification

I am a Muslim and a vegaterian. The plant-based products in multiple woolworths stores are in the same fridge as the pork and I lodged a request for it to be moved to another section so that the halal certification is not compromised. I received one call enquiring if anyone has contacted me, which they did not. Then an email stating the case is resolved. When enquiring how it was resolved the response was short and dismissive, telling me it was discussed with me and I was already informed - this was not the case. I am still waiting , weeks later for someone at woolworths to take the time to call me.
