Woolworths disgusting service

Woolworths has a double standard policy. After being retrenched 7 years ago, application was done for WW store card insurance to settle my debt. 7 years later, upon applying for a storecard again, it was discovered that WW never followed due diligence by closing the account, hence reported my name was adversely affected as interest has accrued. Further to bringing my name into disrepute, acting managers still had the audacity to sugarcoat the situation. Double standards I say.
