Woolworths disgusting service

I bought groceries online sunday, got charged a 50.00 delivery fee to be delivered on Monday between 14h00 - 17h00. i have since been waiting for this delivery. of cause i emailed their online shopping complaints, i am yet to receive a response, i called the online shopping this morning and was once again promised that the delivery will be made between 10h00 and 12h00, i am still waiting for this delivery. now i can easily get the local guys to buy me food anywhere other than Woolworths, but i think its very low for Woolworths to take up an order and commit to it, when they know very well they have no intentions of fulfilling it. I explained to the guy i was talking to this morning that i am stuck at home working hence i opted and paid for the online service, you'd think they care. Absolutely disgusting for the price we pay i must say.
