Woolworths - Disgusting Attitude

This review is not the norm however the issue must be said.

Yesterday afternoon 5 12 2023 around 17h30 I went into the WOOLWORTHS store as Greenside Shopping Mall, Edenvale. I purely picked up a packet of Biltong to have as a snack in the car and proceeded to the Checkout. The cashier then said the price is R 135 which I distinctly saw as R 104 on the shelf. with a few packets hanging in this position. I specifically chose the regular and not the Chilli as I did not want the spiced flavour. The cashier called a gent who then went to the section which was immediately in front of us and easily visible. He then took time to check the display and took a label showing the price of R 104 which was for a different product. I pointed out the difference and they made a comment that it is an error , however that I should pay the R 135. I refue=sed and said I would not take the product. THESE TWO THEN LAUGHED as I walked away THIS I SEE AS ******.

I then chatted with a Lady by the name of Mrs Hughes and another stating the story and even though they offered to give the product to me for FREE, I refused to accept as the disrespect and damage caused is disgraceful.

This is not what we expect from WOOLWORTHS.
