Woolworths discriminating agains colour

They are discriminating agains my colour of person I am, App**** for a account was declined due to I do not met the min requirements, they refuse to tell me what is the min requirements, then they come up with a story i do not have affordability, They also cannot explain what they mean by affordability? as i did a calculation I have R28K after tax and all my expenses is paid? so if R28K is not affordability, then clearly they are discriminating again my colour??? Also how can someone that gets a salary of R3000 get a R5000 Woolworths account? where is that affordability? He must be the correct skin colour?
