Woolworths disappoints us again

I bought 15 Woolworths wet wipes in 3 orders My order numbers are *** and ***, ***, I was rudly spoken to by employees of cornubia woolworths stating they no longer have stock 3days after my order was placed. I was told that when I placed my order there was stock but now 3days later its finish, so why was my stock not resived and kept aside after my order was placed, why am I told I must pay the full price now and not the reduced, why am I spoken to so poorly and phone passed on to 3 different people and I was told they are trying to help and they don't have to help me but they trying, what do they mean they don't have to help me, I am the customer I bought items n paid for it. Yet I'm spoken to like they doing me a favor. I am extremely upset with woolworths I will never buy from them again. NEVER and I will share my bad experiences with everyone I can. I'm very hurt and disappointed.
