Woolworths difference is no different - ***

Two weeks ago (08 July) I bought a gift card online, as a gift, that was to be delivered to Midrand. Ive called the call center twice to enquire whether this card has been delivered. My last call which was Monday 21st with reference ***1 I was told Eye of Africa Mall store would call me to confirm whether delivery had taken place. My first call, last week, I was told there was some details that needed to be verified with me before delivery took place. I received neither one of these calls. So Im assuming delivery has not taken place and I am wondering can it ever take two weeks to deliver a purchase. Im disappointed with Woolies online service and wish I had opted for another gift instead.
