Woolworths

My Woolworths account was handed over to mbd , I have settled it with Mbd on the 4th of December 2019 but I’m still not getting my paid up letter even if I’m sending them the proof of payment, they are telling me that they are still waiting for Woolworths to allocate payment , worse case I’m still getting calls from other attorneys demanding the payment, I am not happy about how I’m being treated my name is still on Itc where’s it was supposed to be cleared by now .
