WOOLWORTHS & DERMALOGICA

During the month of August a Dermalogica Voucher was loaded onto the WW App that was valid until 31 August 2026 (today). The voucher included a free product PLUS a treatment and so I set off to Tygervalley only to be informed that there were no products and no treatments available because Dermalogica had not provided them with sufficient stock. Furthermore the Consultant at the Dermalogica Counter inside of WW Tygervalley informed me that there had been several unhappy potential customers. She informed that she had in fact reported this state of affairs to their Management and to Dermalogica and that to date she had not received any feedback. I went back to the store more than a week ago only to be informed that still there had been no response from their management. I then wrote to the customers complaint department and was told that they would look into it and come back to me. This was around 19 August. Today I thought to ask for feedback, I was informed that sorry, this case has been closed as we had sent you an email asking for a copy of the voucher and you had not responded. Do they not consult with their own staff to determine what the issue is?? If it was not so disrespectful and stupid I would not even had bothered however the mere fact that customers (I have been a WW customer for more than 20 years) are so easily disregarded is a reflection of what client service in general has come to in our beautiful country. Everything is just brushed under the carpet and the client is expected to accept these lower standards. I know from the Consultant at the Dermalogica counter that she is most aware of the Voucher on the App as she mentioned it herself, saying that Dermalogica had loaded the voucher and that the onus was on them to sort it out but that WW Management were aware of the issue and had not done a thing to resolve it. I cannot believe that WW who are supposed to be a retail entity of high standard have stooped this low. It is rather disappointing. (On all other occasions I have received wonderful client service, but this just is the last blow for me). DISGRACEFUL IS THE ONLY WORD I HAVE TO DESCRIBE THIS.
