Woolworths Delivery Services terrible!

Quite surprised at Woolworths Delivery Services! Placed an order online and all items in stock at the time. When delivered, no Delivery note, and many items not delivered. When queried, the items are on stock on system, but not delivered as items all out of stock at the store! And simply, they can do nothing about it.
