Woolworths Delivery Service Pathetic

I placed an order on the 4thJune 2021 for delivery scheduled for the 15 June 2021 between 2pm-5pm This was a birthday gift. It has not been delivered. I paid for delivery. I called the call centre at 17:30 the consultant said the order was delivered but could not confirm the time of delivery as the driver was gone home and had switched off his phone!!!!.

Where is my order? The receipent confirmed that she has not received the order. The order including delivery cost was charged to my account. Why should I pay for a delivery service that has delivered the order outside the assigned time!!!!!

Call centre service is really bad. How are they are unable to track my order or confirm delivery.?
