woolworths deliveries seem like a ****

I ordered from Woolworths, for over R1000, and they failed to deliver my order. I emailed them and they told me my order was delivered and signed for, even providing my address and who it was supposedly signed by.

After emailing them every two days, because they failed to to get back to me every time they said they would, they emailed me (two weeks later) to tell me they found my order at their warehouse.

How was it signed for then?
