Woolworths debt credit Insurance

Hi there. Please dont take out the insurance they offer you.I am struggling now for more than a week just to put a claim in for critical illness. I am on dialysis. They don't understand the difference between critical illness and disability. So please think twice with this insurance that you got on your account. And there is also nobody that you can speak to. The info on the brochure is also not true. The Ombud man email address are wrong on the info they send you.

So how the hell can you trust them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
