Woolworths debt collector *****

I had a loan account with Woolworths financial services in 2018 which was handed over to MBD credit solutions. There was a debit order for the repayments which ended May 2019. I requested a settlement letter in September 2019 and to date no response.

In March Straus started calling me for the same loan account saying its been handed over by woolworths. I am now being harassed by MBD for an account I paid and no one wants to provide me with a statement when I request it.
