Woolworths Dash - Worst grocery delivery services

I use to use Woolworths Dash often as I love Woolworths's ready made salads and its my general go to grocery store. However, for some reason, the functionality has completely changed. All of a sudden, if you do not place your order before 12:00 in the day, your order will stand over to the following day and if you are able to place your order, their delivery time is set for between 2 - 5 pm that day. Not to mention that their delivery fee is R70. Today I bought 2 salads. My total bill was R84 and I paid R155 because the delivery fee was nearly as much as my salads. But I was desperate and had no time to go to the shop. I placed my order at 11:45, and my 2 salads only arrived at 15:45. A whole 4 hours later! And its not like I am far from a store. I have 3 right by me. This is why we use Checkers 6060 and Pick n Pay ASAP because Woolworths Dash is beyond pathetic. If only Checkers stocked my favourite salad, they would have won a new client today.
