Woolworths Dash Useless app and support, rather use safe options like checkers or MR D for Pick n Pay

Order R1200 of groceries, the payment when through but the app hanged and timed out, no orders show on the app but payment went through. After I contacted support, they tell me I have to wait 48 hours for the reversal, if its going to happen, because the payment is not linked to an order. What a useless app and experience! Now I have to wait 48 hours to see if I can order again? **** that, you just lost a biweekly customer, they couldn’t care any less!
