Woolworths dash sells rotten food

On 18 October I ordered food from Woolworths dash. They packed rotten cheese, it had dark green and black mold all over. I immediately requested that they come collect all the food and give me my refund. I will not expose my family to food that has been packed with mold. I will also not trust the quality of food in a store where cheese is kept and until mold shows all over. The cheese was R200, three weeks later they refunded R100. I guess the expectation is that we must eat the mold ridden cheese. I have paid for food that we did not eat because we had to throw it away. It must be Woolworths policy to sell rotten food, because even when you contact the office of the CEO you get ignored.
