Woolworths Dash SA

After not receiving my Woolworths dash order and no one even ringing the bel at my house, basically your driver getting lost I didn’t get my delivery. It’s been 2weeks and still haven’t been refunded R361 from Woolworths dash. This is money ****** from me and I would like a refund. I’ve been calling every day the last 2 weeks. It’s an absolute disgrace and will not be supporting this company ever again! Please can someone help me on this?????
