Woolworths Dash Poor Customer Service

Woolworths Dash has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I placed an online order that was never delivered. I phoned the customer care service line and they were going to phone back with an answer in a few minutes. It is now a day later and no response. 2 e-mails later and still no answers. My account has been invoiced but no products were received. Very very disappointed
