Woolworths Dash overcharge ghosting

I ordered on Woolworths dash and was overcharged with about R700 for chicken. Now because the original amount was supposed to be R237 it overcharged my bank as I had only 300 in my account leaving it with a minus . since then ive incurred a heavy amount of bank charges and honouring fee . I use Standard Bank . When i contact the woolies financial services to account they keep me on hold until i give up or run out of airtime. Another issue is since I reported the card as the transaction was suspicious the bank is charging me to make a new one to have acess to anything and my account is still in arrears. even if they just refund me the difference the charges are huge and they don't want to communicate. I even went to one of the branches
