Woolworths Dash must call. Worst service ever

Save yourself the time and money. I ordered from Woolworths dash over a week ago, ordered was confirmed and I received a call during the time that my order was meant to be deliver to cancel it. I did so and still today I have not received my money. I was told that there were no shoppers, that was the reason for cancelling my order. I’ve called my bank and Woolworths and apparently Woolworths hasn’t cancelled my order.
