Woolworths dash is useless!!!

Every time I order with Woolworths Rynfield square I have the same problem. Before closing my online Woolworths dash sales I always select the option to chat with a shopper before substituting.

Yet I get the message to say I am connected with a shopper and NO ALTERNATIVE IS GIVEN WHEN SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK?????

I only ever have this problem with Rynfield square why?!?!

I have also reported this to the head office!
