Woolworths Dash is trash and all their employees

What an embarrassment I ordered food on Woolworths dash and they couldn’t get ahold of me and said they would refund me, the first person I spoke to claimed to have lodged a complaint for me but she didn’t and only when I called a week later I found out they did nothing, the 2nd guy helped halfway and told me to wait 7-14 working days, today I call and speak to an *********** consultant who couldn’t answer me and told me about an extra 30days I want my money and I’m sick of this nonsense, I regret buying from them or even opening accounts with them, they hire incapable people and have no service etiquette
