Woolworths Dash IS A JOKE

DISGUSTED at the service Ive received. Firstly, I received the wring order, called customer service immediately to inform them, they said theyve mixed up the orders and will contact the driver immediately to have it corrected and to stay by my phone because the driver will contact me when he's arrived with MY order. Never heard anything. then I wrote an email and got a call back. The lady who called was polite and helpful but I have been taken on a run around trying to get my groceries that I ordered and PAID for. they promised to collect the incorrect groceries that were delivered and drop off my order, have they? NO! Honestly very disappointed, this is not the woolworths standard I am used to, particularly for the price you pay. I will never order from woolworths dash again, checkers is FAR better. Woolworths seriously needs to rethink the model they are using for this service or just stop it all together if. you cannot deliver a proper service. I just want a refund now because they are taking me for a ride. I have no food and cannot afford to just go an replace the groceries that were NEVER delivered. not to mention the waste of the food that was delivered.
