Woolworths dash has the worst service

I’ve had the worst experience with Woolworths dash, I placed an order for delivery and it was abandoned because they couldn’t get hold of me which is not true because I was monitoring my order from when I placed it. Called the store Woolworths woodmead, spoke to the manager who was meant to call me back but never did. This is the second time this happens, so so disappointed on Woolworths dash no one wants to pay for goods that they don’t receive.
