Woolworths dash failed to refund me

Order *** - Online Woolworths Dash I bought my grocery on the 3rd of the June 2024 and failed to deliver by Woolworths dash. The following day I was told the order was cancelled due to technical issues they had. The money was deducted and till today they have not refunded my money. Since the 4th of June I have been trying to contact them to get the money but still, they are failing to refund me.
