Woolworths DASH delivery service is HORRIBLE with RUDE drivers

The driver was extremely rude and called to tell me that I must come fetch my groceries downstairs and help him carry them up one flight of stairs.

Yelled at my child who opened the door telling her why she didn’t come out to fetch the delivery, he is carrying too many things.

Is this how Woolworths runs its delivery service? I might as well go to the store myself. Dash service is seriously awful for Woolworths and lowering the customer experience, there’s always some issue one way or another.

Find a way to remedy this, having to explain to the driver that he can’t ask me to come fetch my own groceries is EXTREMELY uncalled for and seriously infuriating.
