Woolworths Dash delivery is terrible

Woolworths Dash delivery is a nightmare, if it wasn't for the quality of food the retail provided, they would shut down due to poor customer service alone. I did a dash order in the afternoon, the site had a delivery slot open. The shopper (Khangwelo Simeli) accepted and even confirmed they started shopping started. For an hour the status was on 'shopping'. I then called customer service to enquire . Nonchalantly I was told the order would not continue because the shoppers knocked off. Not only was the agent unaffected, but the fact that i had to call to know that i wouldnt get my ordder was just in poor taste. The shopper could have easily let me know and i could have made another plan instead of wait. This is not only poor customer service and just unprofessional, but its also very inconvenient for an app that is meant to make life easy. This is not the first time the dash service has let me down. This is really disappointing.
