Woolworths Dash Delivery - Avoid At All Costs!

EXTREMELY upset with the service from Woolworths Dash Delivery! Ordered this morning, on the way to a memorial service, knowing I was going to be out of town and too busy to shop. Chose to have the order delivered to my parents’ house. The info I received on the app says it was delivered. The driver phoned and said it was delivered to an address in Ormonde Johannesburg! He sent me a screenshot of the address to confirm it was correct. It clearly showed the correct postal code, which he was no where near! He had to return the food to a Woolworths in Bassonia. When my husband called the customer call centre, they told him there would be no compensation for our time wasted. The refund will take 14 days and we will not get an apology!!! After an emotional day, we have now had to go to the shops to get what we need, which we were trying to avoid!
