woolworths dash delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Woolworths Dash. My order was carelessly thrown outside, and the packaging was completely destroyed. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I paid for a delivery service expecting my items to arrive in good condition.

To make matters worse, I contacted customer service twice and was promised a callback, but no one ever got back to me. The lack of accountability and poor communication only added to my frustration.

I paid for convenience and quality, but instead recieved such poor service and no support. This experience has been very upsetting, and I sincerely hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed urgently.
