Woolworths dash customer service is terrible

I placed a order on Wooloworths dash and did not receive a specific item. I have mailed continuously since 20 September and no attempt has been made to resolve the problem or to refund me. The customer service is appalling, the shop@ mail just gets sent to another mail address with no response. Shocking service to say the least.
