Woolworths Dash

I placed a order with Woolworths Dash, expected delivery time was suppose to be between 16:00 and 17:00. After 3 calls to the call center and the time now being 19:50, I am still waiting for the delivery. Every time I phoned all I hear is “the delivery is on it’s way. I am sorry for the inconvenience…..”. Really???? Hoe long does your “on it’s way” takes? Really, have a look at Checkers Sixty60 and learn from them how to be efficient and deliver within the hour.
