Woolworths Dash Aweful

For months now I have been trying to get Woolworths dash to add my street name onto their system in order for me to use this service. They deliver to customers right passed my address but can’t deliver to me because the street name is not on the system. I am within 6km from the Knysna store so I do fall into the 10km zone. This is very frustrating as I have been ill and really need a delivery service. I am not getting anywhere with their local staff which tell me they too are frustrated not getting help from head office.
