Woolworths Dash app will ***** funds from your account if you cancel orders

Woolworths ***** your funds post cancellation of orders on woolies DASH app. They didn't have 2 out of 4 items so asked them to cancel. The agent then fulfilled the order and messages said driver on route. Then later showed cancelled. They took R757 from my bank account 27 April 2023 and still rwfuse to refund over a week later. They had bo right to fulfill or deduct funds. They should only reserve funds and release if they cannot fulfil. Useless app / no support and plainly put it's theft by this corporate.
