Woolworths DASH app is Useless!!!

I ordered 12 winglets on the Woolworths Dash app, I had previously added the 16 pack Samoosas as a replacement, I removed it but for some reason the app picked it up. The winglets are R72 Woolworths is going to deduct R359 from my account. This is not the first time I'm picking this up but the last time I paid it anyway, now I want it cancelled. Also, the shoppers on the dash app don't respond to messages, don't inform you when the item is not available, when they do (which is once in a blue moon) the app has no notifications, so you have to stare on the app the whole time which is time consuming. The Woolworths app is useless and I don't want R359 deducted from my account, they can send their drivers to come collect their samoosas
